REFUND POLICY

Registrants of the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meeting may cancel their registration by notifying the USAHA office at usaha@usaha.org. Cancellations prior to the start of the meeting on October 10, 2024, will receive a refund of their fees less $25. Cancellations may be made until October 23, 2024, with a refund of fees less $75. No cancellations are accepted after October 23, 2024. USAHA nor AAVLD hold no responsibility for cancellation fees associated with lodging, travel or other expenses to the individual registrant.

USAHA collects information for use in direct purposes of membership and/or annual meeting for communication, information and data management. USAHA does not sell or share member or registrant information with third parties. See USAHA’s Privacy Policy at www.usaha.org.

AAVLD registrant business information (mailing address and email) will be shared with meeting vendors and sponsors to facilitate communication and meeting invitations.
